Request Employee Data


This option allows the user to obtain a spreadhseet containing employee information for a particular Company Code, Line of Business, Division, Location, SBU, Team.

  1. Go to HR Reports/Request Employee Data. Click on 'By HR structure' or 'By Operations structure'.
  2. Select a time period for the report using the Pay Period End field. The field defaults to the most current pay period. This selection allows you to pull reports according to the following time frames; This week, Last week, This pay period, Last Pay period, This month and Last month.
  3. Include Active, Terminated or All Employees using the Employee Status drop down list.
  4. User may filter report by setting a particular Business Group, Company Code, etc. drop down boxes. (setting fields to 'All' will return all entries in the database for that level of the hierarchy.)
  5. Select the data elements to be included by using the checkboxes in the Data To Be Exported section.
  6. User may click on the employee names formatted using the check box selections under the Format Employee Name as field.
  7. Use the 'Return email address' field to confirm the email address where the report will be sent.
  8. Click on Submit.
  9. The user will receive an email message containing the requested report, which can be open as an Excel file.
